Traditionally, American culture has made distinctions between motherhood and fatherhood. These distinctions reflect our ideas about
 
  (a) patriarchy and infanticide.
  (b) gender-appropriate behavior and heterosexuality.
  (c) homosexuality and feminism.
  (d) traditional and non-traditional sex roles.

Naomi and Michael are concerned that their sexual desires have diminished since the birth of their daughter three months ago. Is this normal?
 
  (a) No, they should see a sex therapist.
  (b) Yes, sex drive is always curtailed for at least 4 years after a birth.
  (c) Probably, as there is no set standard of sexual desire or behavior after childbirth.
