Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

The coordinator should plan plenty of time for each aspect of the presentation and should assign tasks based on individual talents and time constraints. The major criterion for making assignments is what division of duties will result in the most effective presentation. For example, some members may be better at research, whereas others may be better at developing visual aids. The coordinator must ensure that all efforts are recognized publicly and equally during the presentation, regardless of the amount of individual podium time.
