Persuasive documents must contain specific, believable evidence. However, merely describing a product's or idea's features is not truly persuasive. You must put yourself in the reader's place. When reading a document, a recipient's first thought is What's in it for me? Therefore, you must discuss how the reader will benefit from your proposed product or idea.
