Blogs allow companies to connect with employees and customers, and to convey relevant, timely information. The best blogs encourage interactivity and thus develop relationships beyond one-way messaging. Even negative comments allow company representatives to respond quickly, mitigate the situation or provide the company's point of viewand perhaps repair the relationship. Good companies use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
