To protect computer systems from email viruses and hoaxes,
 a. open attachments and then command your computer to scan them for virus activity.
  b. forward questionable messages to the email administrator.
  c. forward all warning about viruses to those in your address book just in case they are real.
  d. keep in mine that email attachments with an .exe extension are usually safe to open.
