1 . Study other video resumes posted online for do's and don'ts.
2 . Keep to 3-5 minutes in length.
3 . Wear appropriate clothing that films well.
4 . Edit the video to eliminate dead space & glitches.
5 . Use a tripod to steady the camera.
6 . Use proper lighting to avoid shadows.
7 . Use a good quality microphone.

A rsum can be organized in the following ways:
A. Chronological rsum: Used for applicants who have progressed up a clearly defined career ladder and want to continue along this path.
B. Functional rsum: Used for applicants who either consider themselves well qualified in many areas or whose education and experience are scant.
