Answer to Question 1

b

Answer to Question 2

Answer: When you present yourself for an interview, you want to convey the sense that you will fit in and be productive in that particular work environment. Though you attempt to demonstrate this through the persuasive responses you give and the informed questions you ask during your interview, you can't avoid the fact that appearance plays a role in the interviewer's evaluation of you. You should use your professional appearance to your advantage by giving every visual cue that you can that you are a mature, responsible professional who will fit in and be an effective and productive addition to the team. Your goal at an interview is not to express your personality through your clothing and accessories, but to dress in a way that allows people to focus on what you say.
