Answer: False
Explanation: Logic alone may not always be enough to persuade an audience. Although logic is critical for business decisions, you may also need to appeal to an audience's emotions to persuade them.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: False
Explanation: A live conversation puts the other person on the spot and doesn't give them time to carefully consider your appeal before responding. It actually makes it more uncomfortable for the audience to respond negatively. Better choices for this situation would be an email, text message, memo, letter, etc.
