Answer to Question 1

Answer: To be persuasive, it is important to analyze audience benefits  advantages the recipient gains from agreeing with or acting on your message. People are more likely to go along with what you propose if they understand the advantages they  or their business  will gain from granting your request. Unfortunately, people who are trying to persuade others often make the mistake of emphasizing their own benefits.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: False
Explanation: Good business communication relies on active voice, because active voice is clearer and more concise. However, passive voice works well when you do not want to assign blame.
