A job search can take many months, and there are many opportunities for college students to take steps toward building their rsums while they are still in school, so it is best for them to begin the search now.

Explanation: Your rsum needs to be perfect. Make sure to have multiple people review it and check for typos, formatting issues, spelling errors, and anything else that could reflect poorly on you as a candidate.
