Expected confidence is the number of transactions that include the consequent divided by the total number of transactions. The higher the lift ratio, the stronger the association rule.A lift ratio greater than 1.0 suggests that there is some usefulness to the rule and that it is better at identifying cases when the condequent occurs than no rule at all.
