150 days;
10 more days in January plus 28 in February, 31 in March, 30 in April, 31 in May, and 20 in June
10 + 28 + 31 + 30 + 31+ 20 = 150 days

Answer to Question 2

July 24;
15 more days in April; 31 in May; 30 days in June;
15 + 31 + 30 = 76; 100 - 76 = 24, therefore July 24
