The age of customers for a particular retail store follows a normal distribution with a mean of 37.5 years and a standard deviation of 7.6 years. What is the probability that the next customer who enters the store will be between 40 and 45 years old?

Question 2

The average SAT score for the 300 students accepted at Tiny College this year is 1050 with a standard deviation of 275 . If a random sample of 40 students is selected from this class, what is the probability that the average SAT score will be greater than 1000?
