The sales data for a company measured weekly for the past year would be considered cross-sectional data since the sales values are computed from the entire company.

H1 : i  j for at least one pair (i, j)
Since p-value = 0.1942, we fail to reject H0 at the 10 level of significance, and conclude that the population mean sales are the same for the four regions.
