Answer to Question 1

F

Answer to Question 2

The one year duration is a reasonable period of time and not unduly restrictive on McCarthy. The territory involved  anywhere in the world  broad, indeed. However, Nike's operations are worldwide, and as director of sales of a worldwide division, the Brand Jordan division, the territory does not appear to be overly broad. In any event, McCarthy chose not to contest the duration or geographic scope of the agreement.
