Answer to Question 1

F

Answer to Question 2

Jobs do not have to be identical to be considered equal under the EPA. At the same time, job titles and classifications are not dispositive; it is the actual requirements of the job that control. In this case, because Renstrom, Ebensteiner, and Crosier all performed the same job functions, there can be little question that their jobs all involved equal skill and responsibility. The only real dispute then, is whether the jobs require equal effort. In light of the undisputed evidence that both Crosier and Ebensteiner had essentially double workCrosier because he handles military installations, and Ebensteiner because he handles two distribution centers  Renstrom cannot meet her burden to show that the jobs required equal effort.
