Unger's liabilities exceed Unger's assets. Unger has filed papers opposing the bankruptcy petition. Which of the following statements regarding Quincy's petition is correct?
 a. It will be dismissed because the secured creditor failed to join in the filing of the petition.
  b. It will be dismissed because three unsecured creditors must join in the filing of the petition.
  c. It will be granted because Unger's liabilities exceed Unger's assets.

Answer to Question 1

No. The court stated that it had little trouble deciding that the FLRA did not abuse its discretion in this case, where the union repeatedly violated legal prohibitions against strikes and other job actions, participated in job actions after the issuance of injunctions and restraining orders, and defiantly participated in a willful and intentional strike. If the extreme remedy that Congress enacted cannot properly be applied to this case, the court doubted that it could ever properly be invoked..
