Did the ILA prove that the invocation of the Taft-Hartley Act was the product of collusion between the United States and the PMA?

 a. Substantial evidence that the person signing the affidavit has legitimate reasons for requesting the warrant.
  b. Substantial likelihood that a crime has taken place or is about to take place.
  c. Trustworthy evidence that the victim of the search is known to have criminal tendencies.
  d. That based on all of the information presented it is likely that evidence of crime will be found in the place mentioned.

The court dismissed this assertion as speculation. Moreover, the court pointed out that both the ILA and the PMA have the constitutional right to petition the government for redress of grievance.
