The issues before the Court are (a) whether the district court had jurisdiction under Section 301 to enjoin a work stoppage in violation of a contractual no-strike clause and (b) whether Section 4 of the Norris-LaGuardia Act required dissolution of a state court injunction on removal of a Section 301 suit to the Federal District Court.
