The Court decided that full-time faculty at Yeshiva were managerial employees excluded from the protection and rights of the NLRA.

Answer to Question 2

The issue before the Supreme Court was whether full-time faculty members at Yeshiva University were professional employees covered by the Act or managerial employees excluded from the protection of the Act.
