Answer to Question 1

In a tenancy in common, each tenant may sell or devise his interest to another without the consent of the other tenant(s). Creditors may attach or foreclose on one tenant's interest.
A joint tenancy may be destroyed by one tenant's transferring his interest to a third party. However, a joint tenant's interest in property disappears at the joint tenant's death.

In a tenancy by the entirety, a creditor of only one tenant may not foreclose on the property without the consent of the other tenant(s).

Community property is equally and separately owned by the two spouses, regardless of how property is titled.
