Vanguard Realty listed a home as having 1,980 square feet and it had only 1,837 square feet. The buyers have sued the broker. Is he liable?

Question of materiality. In Bauer v. Vanguard Realty, 365 So.2d 196 (Fla. 1978), the court held it was not material.
