Jones, Inc, is purchasing a 24-unit motel from Ramona Dirkson. The rooms in the motel have beds, bed linens, chairs, tables, lamps and televisions. The beds, lamps and televisions are bolted to the floors of the rooms because Ramona wanted to prevent guest thefts.
