Building Resources, Inc, is the manager for an apartment complex located in Baltimore, Maryland. Answer to Question 1

Goodview is an invitee. Building Resources has a duty to warn Goodview of dangers and take steps to correct them. Building Resources knew of the problems with transients and took no steps to warn or protect its tenants. It would be liable to Goodview.
