Ralph has fenced in twelve extra acres of land on his farm. He did so because of a mistake in the boundary survey. Ralph has planted the twelve acres every other year for 22 years. Discuss Ralph's rights.

Answer to Question 1

Ralph has acquired title by adverse possession. His use for crops is continuous, hostile, open and exclusive and for more than 20 years. His use for crops every other year is sufficient for the type of land.
