Answer to Question 1

You may agree that further efforts are appropriate to limit the spread of pornography on the Internet. As technology continues to grow, the number of young children gaining access to the Internet increases. Limiting the dissemination of pornography would help to ensure children do not come in contact with adult content while on the Web.

Answer to Question 2

A John Doe lawsuit is one where the true identity of the defendant is temporarily unknown. Corporations often use this type of lawsuit when they feel they have been defamed. Some of the students may argue that there needs to be some mechanism that requires the corporation to first prove that they have been the victim of libel or have been defamed before the subpoena can be issued.
