Hodgkin lymphoma occurs preferentially in young adults. Patients often have mediastinal lymphadenopathy. Combination chemotherapy and radiotherapy give overall survival and cure rates approaching 80 to 90, depending on the stage of the disease, patient age, and symptoms.
