Answer to Question 1

ANS: C
The bone marrow erythroid precursors display significant dysplastic features, including multinucleation, megaloblastoid asynchrony, and vacuolization, in acute erythroleukemia. Abnormal megakaryocytes may also be present.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: A
cALLa (CD10) is expressed on the surface of cells in immature B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This marker is not present on the other forms of acute lymphoblastic leukemia that are listed.
