ANS: D
5q Syndrome predominantly affects older women. Typical findings are anemia, thrombocytosis, and hypolobulated megakaryocytes. Less than 1 blasts are seen on peripheral blood. Auer rods are not seen.

ANS: D
Red cell morphology is usually abnormal, and all of the findings listed can be found.
