Answer: Flow cytometry can be used in cell quantitation to employ many of the current methodologies of cell counting. These include impedance and hydrodynamic focusing.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: To quantify stem cells. Stem cells possess the CD34 antigen on their membrane surface.
