Answer: Bone marrow differential: bone marrow aspirate
M:E ratio: bone marrow aspirate
Cellularity: bone marrow aspirate and core biopsy; core is more accurate because marrow is in its natural environment.
Assessment of iron stores: bone marrow core biopsy
