Answer to Question 1

Medicare Part A provides hospitalization for those who are 65 years old or are permanently disables. Part B covers outpatient services including visits to or by a personal physician. Part D is a prescription plan, although not all drugs are covered.

Answer to Question 2

Assisted living facilities are a good option when the resident does not require 24-hour nursing care. Nursing homes provide long-term nursing care for those who require comprehensive care.
