Roy Williams is a salaried employee with a medical organization. He is paid to work 40 hours each week. Roy's schedule fluctuates, depending on his workload.
 
  There are some weeks where he works under 40 hours in a week, and other weeks when he works more than 40 hours. How many hours per week will his employer list for him for the purposes of reporting hours worked for workers' compensation?
