Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

It would be beneficial to have a new employee sign an infection control policy because this indicates that the employee has been properly trained on the policy and understands the roles and expectations. The employer would benefit in that the employee would be less likely to sustain an injury or cause an unsafe situation after having been trained on infection control in the medical office.
