While in training on the use of computers, one of the new hires at a medical office tells the trainer that she always uses a certain website for medical information. That website is not listed on the trainer's list of approved sites.

The trainer should direct the new employee to the list of approved sites and make sure that employee understands the policy in the office regarding approved sites.
