When using the speaker telephone feature, why do you suppose it is common courtesy to alert the person on the other end of the call to the presence of others in the room (other than for HIPAA reasons)?

It is common courtesy to alert the person on the other end of the call to the presence of others so that the caller is aware of all people present in the conversation.

Answer to Question 2

False: It is very common for health care employers to require medical staff to be immunized against a variety of diseases, including mandating the receipt of an annual influenza vaccine.
