Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

Frequent feedback allows managers to help employees self-correct before a performance concern becomes out of control. This benefits the employee by allowing the employee to have feedback on expectations, and to make corrections, before habits are set. It is definitely worth the effort to give frequent feedback to employees.
