Answer to Question 1

FALSE

Answer to Question 2

A physician might choose to practice in a limited liability partnership in order to protect his or her assets from liability in the event a partner were to be sued for medical malpractice. A retail clinic has the advantage of being cash-based, which means the clinic owners do not need to wait for insurance reimbursement. A big disadvantage is that these clinics do not typically make appointments, and are therefore busy at times, and not busy at others.

Heroin has a slight affinity for opiate receptors. Most of its actions are due to metabolism to active metabolites (6-acetylmorphine, morphine, and morphine-6-glucuronide).
