Answer to Question 1

Responses will vary for this task. Examples of aspects that could be mentioned as either strengths or weaknesses could be appearing confident, nervousness, maintaining good eye contact, comfort level, using manners, thinking of intelligent questions for the interviewer, speaking professionally, and so on.
