 Employees are not to read other employee's medical records, unless that employee is a patient under care with that particular employee.
 Employees are not to share computer passwords.
 Employees are not to discuss patient care with anyone without the patient's permission.
 Employees are to be trained in the proper disposal of sensitive medical records.
