Answer to Question 1

D
Echolalia is the repetition of words spoken to the patient by another person.

Answer to Question 2

Neuroleptics cause urinary retention, weight gain, constipation, and hypotension. Diarrhea is not associated with the administration of neuroleptics. Weight gain, and not weight loss, is asso-ciated with this type of medication. Hypertension is not associated with this type of medication.
