Answer to Question 1

A
Decreased breast tenderness is a benefit of oral contraceptives. Oral contraceptives do not cause weight loss, heightened sexual pleasure, or decreased incidence of vaginitis.

Answer to Question 2

D
Tilting the head may indicate a visual disturbance such as double vision or that one eye is stronger than the other. Tilting the head to read would not affect tinnitus (ringing in the ears) or nystagmus (involuntary eye movements). Shading the eyes may be noted with photophobia.
