The cause of GBS is not known, but it usually follows a viral respiratory infection or gastroente-ritis in adults within 10 to 21 days.

Standard treatments for osteoporosis include vitamin D and calcium supplementation, along with weight-bearing exercise. Vitamins A, B12, and C are not included in the standard treatment regi-men for osteoporosis.
