Answer to Question 1

1, 2, 3, 4, 5
The nurse would assess a client diagnosed with peripheral arterial disease for the six P's: pulseless, pain, pallor, paresthesia, paralysis, and poikilocythemia. Petechiae is not a part of the six P's assessment.

Answer to Question 2

2
These pieces of personal protective equipment (PPEs) are used to protect personnel from splashes and sprays of blood and body fluids. Masks, goggles, and face shields do not facilitate vision, breathing, or communication.
