Answer to Question 1

2, 3, 4, 5, 6
Medications that heighten the hemolytic affects of G6PD are antimalarial drugs (e.g., chloroquine), common coal tar analgesics (including aspirin), nitrofurantoin, oral hypoglycemics, sulfonamides, thiazides, diuretics, and vitamin K. Acetaminophen has only analgesic and antipyretic properties.

Answer to Question 2

1
Vitamin B-12 is necessary to make erythrocytes and help make thymine, which is a precursor to the red blood cell. The erythrocyte cytoskeleton makes the red blood cell more flexible. Cholesterol helps the red blood cells hold their shape. There is nothing physiologically that will make a red blood cell hold more oxygen.
