Common findings in TLS are as follows. Clinical: Weight gain, edema, diarrhea, lethargy, muscle cramps, nausea and vomiting, paresthesia, weakness, oliguria, uremia, seizures. Laboratory: Increased potassium, phosphorus, uric acid, BUN, and creatine; decreased calcium, creatinine clearance, pH, bicarbonate, and PaCO2 . Diagnostic: Positive Chvostek and Trousseau signs, hyperactive deep tendon reflexes, dysrhythmias, and ECG changes.
