Answer to Question 1

A, B, C
The right upper quadrant includes the liver and gallbladder, pylorus, duodenum, head of pancreas, right adrenal gland, portion of the right kidney, hepatic flexure of colon, and a portion of the ascending and transverse colon. The stomach is located in the left upper quadrant and the cecum is located in the right lower quadrant.

Answer to Question 2

C
Low-dose dopamine (23 mcg/kg/min), previously known as renal-dose dopamine, is frequently infused to stimulate blood flow to the kidney. Dopamine is effective in increasing urine output in the short term, but tolerance of the dopamine renal receptor to the medication is theorized to develop in the critically ill patients who are most at risk for acute kidney injury.
