A client with a suspicious lesion on the arm is having a biopsy. What should the nurse plan to do for the client?
 
  1. Schedule an operating room.
  2. Notify the anesthesiologist.
  3. Dress the site after the biopsy.
  4. Restrain the client for the procedure.
