2. In preparation for a myelogram the client should be instructed to report a stiff neck or pain.
3. In preparation for a myelogram the client should be instructed to expect to feel warmth when the dye is injected.
4. In preparation for a myelogram the client should be instructed to be on bedrest with frequent assessment for 8 hours.
5. In preparation for a myelogram the client should be instructed to take nothing by mouth for 4 hours before the test.

2. Cholinergic crisis is caused by overmedication with cholinergic medications. Symptoms will include excessive sweating, bradycardia, severe muscle weakness, cramps, and salivation.
