The nurse is teaching the client with asthma about a method of breathing that helps the client reduce the respiratory rate and keeps the airways open during exhalation. What should the nurse include when teaching this breathing technique to the client?

4. Skin care is an intervention when the client is at risk for Impaired Skin Integrity.
